Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Payment Capture (Klarna): For payment providers like Klarna, we capture payment only when your order is prepared for shipment, not at checkout.

7 · Fulfillment & Shipping

• Ready-to-Ship Items: Processed within 3–7 business days.

• Custom or Made-to-Order Items: Fulfilled within 14 business days on average, but please allow up to 30 business days depending on volume, materials, and complexity.
  You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is ready to ship.
  Orders are captured (charged) only when ready to ship in accordance with Klarna’s processing requirements.

8 · Returns & Exchanges

All returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Custom or made-to-order items are typically final sale except for verified manufacturing defects.

9 · Optional Tools & Third-Party Services

We may offer access to third-party tools (e.g., Klarna, Shop Pay) “as is” and “as available,” without warranty or endorsement. Use is at your own risk and subject to the provider’s terms.

10 · Third-Party Links

We may link to external sites for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or transactions.

11· User Content & Feedback

By posting reviews, photos, or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, edit, publish, and display that content for lawful business purposes without obligation to you. You remain responsible for your submissions and warrant they do not infringe others’ rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coco Kendyll Beauty Brand, LLC and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coco Kendyll Beauty Brand, LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of law.

These Terms remain effective until terminated by you or us. We may suspend or end your access immediately for violations of these Terms. You remain liable for any outstanding balances up to the termination date.

These Terms and our posted policies constitute the entire agreement between you and us. Failure to enforce any provision does not waive our rights.

SECTION 19A – SIGNATURE POLICY

At Coco Kendyll, we take pride in ensuring every order arrives safely, securely, and in the right hands. For your protection and ours, select transactions require digital acknowledgment and/or a verified delivery signature.

By signing, you acknowledge and agree to all Coco Kendyll store policies, including Refund, Shipping, and Terms of Service.

Custom Wig Orders

• All custom wigs are final sale and enter production only after valid photo ID verification. The ID must display the same name and address as the billing and shipping information provided at checkout.

• Billing and shipping addresses must match. Orders failing verification will be canceled and refunded to the original payment method.

• A signature is required for delivery. Any dispute or claim made after confirmed delivery will be considered fraudulent.

High-Value Orders

• Orders exceeding $150 require signature confirmation upon delivery.

• Coco Kendyll is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after a verified delivery has been completed.

Your signature serves as acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms, confirming that all order details, policies, and identification requirements have been reviewed and accepted prior to checkout.

20 · Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA. Disputes shall be resolved individually and not as part of a class action where permitted by law.
