At Coco Kendyll, we take pride in carefully preparing each order to ensure every package arrives beautifully and on time. Please review our updated shipping policy below.
Order Processing

Ready-to-wear wigs, extensions (bundles), tape-ins, clip-ins, and hair-care products are typically processed within 1β2 business days.

Custom or made-to-order units are individually handcrafted and may require 14β30 business days to fulfill, depending on order volume, materials, and complexity.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.
Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times may vary based on your location and the selected shipping method.

We ship primarily through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Estimated transit times are provided by the carrier and exclude our processing period.
Tracking Your Order
Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24β48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Delivery Issues
Lost Packages:
Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, Coco Kendyll is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. If your order is lost in transit, we will assist you by providing tracking details and carrier contact information so you can file a claim.

Signature Confirmation:
For orders valued at $150 or more, we require signature confirmation to help prevent unauthorized delivery.
Incorrect Addresses:
Please verify that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or loss due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Split Shipments
We may ship items separately to ensure you receive ready products promptly. You will receive tracking numbers for each shipment at no additional charge.
Risk of Loss
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you once the carrier takes possession of your order. Coco Kendyll is not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs, or carrier disruptions.
